Sarima and I had been listening to the radio. Something I had started to do to wind down after some of my more difficult exploits.
I came across a show called Elegantly Edwyth, what a hoot!
From listening to that, I heard the name of someone from the same realm as I, Jesterking.
So being a good little "fan girl", I decided to look him up one day.
Jesterking was a guest on the show and spoke at length about the job Dancer.
One of the jobs I really enjoy playing! So if I could befriend this local celebrity that would be a great resource if I had questions about the job.
I was worried at first. What if the fame had gone to his head?
What if he didn't want to be bothered by little lowbies?
Oh well! I spied him and said hello.
As it turned out, he was super nice!! =^_^=
Poor Jester. If someone is nice to me once, I tend to look them up later on to see if they will join me for whatever adventure I am about to embark upon.

..oh umm. How about Qufim Island?
I think we might be a bit to high for Qufim Island.
Well I can change to Black Mage (29) and we can level sync.
Hmm. I will ask my LS.
Crap! Now I look stupid! Oh well... I raced to the rent a room and changed into Black Mage attire with the aid of ever helpful Sarima.
Ok, LS said we should go to Kazham and fight the Goblin Bee pets.
Okay.
Have you been to Kazham before?
Aye!
Okay, I will meet you there.
!!! My heart raced a bit. What if I screwed up doing this? I had never teamed up with another mage to hunt Goblin Bee pets before. I didn't even know where to find them. But I suspected this would be quite a task, as we would have to slay the pet without its master realizing what we were up to.
Gazing out over the side of the airship, I wrung my hands together as the wind whipped my hair.
Get. It. Together!
Just because he's some guest host doesn't make him {Impossible to Gauge!}... Right?
It wasn't like I hadn't proved my worth as a Black Mage before. What was my prrroblem?!
I arrived in Kazham and Jesterking was already there.
He greeted me with a wave and invited me to group.
So have you been out to the jungles before?
Oh aye! I can even find my way to the other Jungle... and sometimes my way back here again, too! =^_^=
He chuckled and we rented chocobo's and set off.
A short time later we found some Goblin's who had Bee pets.
Do the pets link with the wasps?
Good question...
Jester cast dia on the pet and ran, I followed suit.
We killed it fairly easily with elemental magic and then set off to find another.
Along the way a Goblin started to chase Jester. I tried to sleep it and ran.
This kept happening. Sometimes we made it to the safety of the "zoneline", other times we did not.
Jokingly I asked Jester if his linkshell liked him.
After yet another near death experience I again suggested that perhaps Qufim Island would be safer.
He agreed and we warped.
Once in Quifm, it was my turn to get chased to my demise.
I was trying to make my way to the tower when a couple of Wight's attacked me. Sleep failed me, even with elemental seal. ; ;
Fortunately, Jester went to fetch his White Mage and raised me. Then he changed to Black Mage and came back to the island.
With all the K.O. out of the way, we began to wield our dark arts on the crabs that scuttled around in the snow.
Jester was surprised at how well we did and how quickly we slew them.
I was thrilled, for once, to be out of the jungle and running through the snow! Plus I was excited that I seemed to have shown something new to Jesterking! =^_^=
When we were through with training, I got a message from Jesterking:
Let's be Friends!
Also, I made another comic/fan art when I learned that Edwyth's faithful friend Feofi would no longer be joining him on adventures or the show.
In an attempt to cheer him up, I created a little spoof of my first fan art/comic.
