In search of adventure, Sha-chan and I headed out to Qufim Island for some manual training.
We faced off against Crabs and Pugil first, then tried out leeches and Gigas.
Those fights proved more trying, especially when night fell and the Wight and Boogie's came out.
Not to mention elementals.
I got a little panicked when I nearly cast in front of one!
Before we had set out, Sha-chan and I had seen the mean Hume who I had first met when obtaining my chocobo license.
Apparently his son was very ill and he needed roots from some special flower that only comes out at night.
It also happens to bloom off the edge of the cliff on Qufim Island.
Feeling bad for his son, I offered to get the flower.
I wasn't too keen on tip-toe-ing my way down the cliff side.
Sha-chan didn't mind, though.

After fleeing from some undead, Sha-chan and I carefully picked our way down to the area where he suspected the Night Flowers grew.
Sea spray began soaking my cloak while we waited for the time to toll 22:00.
A Kraken guarded the flower patch, so I cast the sneak enchantment on both of us.
While we were picking around in the flowers, Dietmund showed up a bit out of breath.
We were both surprised when the very chocobo he abused also showed up and dug up a root for us!
I was shocked into quiet, I had no idea chocobo had such memories let alone the ability to forgive!
At any rate, we were able to get medicine made for Dietmund's son.
In the end, we learned he had been a Beastmaster and after showing natural ability, both Shagrath and I were awarded with a Beast Whistle!
(As well as the ability to job change to Beastmaster! Yay!)
One more picture:
Lobo-in-a-Box!!!

Chilled from the Qufim adventure, we headed to Windurst.
Shagrath was going to train White Mage with me protecting him on Warrior for a change!
Sha-chan, do I need to scream a special announcement when I provoke?
No, I actually find that rather annoying in training parties.
Me too, depending on what is yelled... Hmmm...
Kiamoko grins roguishly at Shagrath
Hmmm?
{Provoke} Look here
Oh..no. STOP THAT! I'm not even wearing a subligar...
Wait wait, let's see what this Yagudo does!
{Provoke} Look here Yagudo Initiate! Shagrath is wearing a subligar!
Look here he comes!! It works... Wait and Yagudo are male, {That's Interesting.}
Are you sure they are all male? Or perhaps, well if they ALL are male, they that would explain why he came running I suppose...
Training didn't go too well at first.
We went into Giddieus to train and came across some of the tougher Yagudo.
I didn't realize this until two began attacking us!
So, after a couple of attempts that didn't go too well, we did fall into a decent pace.
I'm not really liking Warrior, so at this point I think I will only train it to support Ninja... which will be support for Dancer!
