I really felt like I had taken too long of a break from training Red Mage.
What really got me missing it was teaming up with Sha-chan and big brother Wolf on Petrifying Pair.
So- Shagrath, Shadowghrenn and I teamed up to train in Buburimu Peninsula.

Shadowghrenn was new to the area, so Sha-chan and I wanted to show him a good time- so to speak.
Training was going well, until Shagrath decided Birds would be a good idea to fight.
Birds in Buburimu Peninsula are a TRAP. A Trap I say!
It all happened so fast, and more then once so forgive me if this goes astray.
We three were fighting a bird, and out of no where another bird showed up and started attacking us!
I did not have access to some of my usual spells since we were training at the same level as Shadow.
Trying my best, I attempted to bind the additional bird while we took out the original one.
Then a Goblin began shooting at us from afar.
We slew the second bird and started on the Goblin, just as another Goblin strolled around the corner.
Eventually followed by another Goblin.
Where were they all coming from?!
Somehow, by the grace of Altana, we manged to slay all five adversary's -- even with Shadow being unable to help for the end of the fight.

Later on, I teamed up with Sha-chan, Tih, Ghrenn (new mithra on the block) and a couple others (forgot the names, I'm so sorry
) to train on Red Mage some more.
This time we traveled through Rolenberry Fields to a place I had never before seen called The Crawlers Nest.
We traveled down a narrow tunnel. Stray vegetation hung from the ceiling and moss grew on the walls.
Eventually the path opened up into a large room, where there were two giant, pulsating sacks suspended.
On the floor there were mounds of what looked like webbing, but it was solid to stand on.
On a couple pulls, Tih brought two crawlers. Whenever that happened, I would sleep the extra one.
Once it woke up, I would cast gravity on it and sleep it again. If sleep didn't work, I would just run around and keep trying.
Two of the party members gave me some nice compliments on how I handled them.
I blushed, and simply said that I had gotten practice doing Petrifying Pair.
It was a lot of fun, and I was really glad to be able to further my skills on Red Mage!
