The next morning I bathed and dressed and donned the Guespiere along with my trial sword.
When using Ninja as a support job, one can wield two swords.
Though I was kind of sad to have to leave my shield behind. It felt like Sha-chan was with me when I wore it.
Kup-oh Kiki you have a gentleman caller!
Thanks Sarrima, I’ll meet him outside.
I quickly stuffed two “insta” scrolls in my pack, re-raise and warp, and ran to meet Zidea outside.
All set?
I am!
Once at sky, we fought angry pink birds and magical pots.
Zidea explained the advantages of en-spells to me. Showing the difference between using a tier one and tier two version of the spell.
He also explained the advantage of using the Ninja support job.
I tried to take it all in while doing battle, as well as ask a few questions.
So, what about the Scorpion Harness?
Yes, that is a very good piece to have.
It is? Another red mage I know told me it would be a waste, and that he preferred to wear Goliard for the haste when soloing.
Your other friend is foolish, then. Scorpion Harness adds accuracy. Goilard does not, and let me tell you that haste won’t help you hit or evade.
Oh…
If there are one thousand red mages out there, then there are one thousand different opinions on how to do the job best. But, I think perhaps your friends are not giving you the best information to help you. Don’t worry, I’ll set you straight. And then you can come up with whatever way suits you best. What I will teach and tell you isn’t the final or only way to do things. Take what you like and tailor it to your own needs.
I smiled and nodded. I knew I had a lot to learn yet, but felt like I was in good hands for the training.
We put a small dent in the 400-bird trial and got a key before Zidea had to take his leave.
I pondered on all he had said while hunting for the coffer that held the magical map.
Altana graced me as I found it with ease.
Map of Ru’Ann Gardens {mine}! =^_^=
Later on I met up with Zidea again. This time we journied to Ifrit’s Cauldron to fight bats. Apparently the magian trial moogle thinks bats and birds are the same :/
While there, Zidea managed to aggro three triple bats and a bomb xD
After we defeated the first or second set of bats, Zidea grinned at me.
Were you freaked out a little when you saw all that aggro?
No.. no point in freaking out. I just... handle it.
That's right, freaking out just gets people killed.
Yes. Besides, I have reraise on. So no worries, hehe. If two red mages can‘t handle three triple bats and a bomb, then we‘re doing it wrong! =p
Yes, you are right!
Zidea chuckled and we continued fighting.
You know... I must admit, I did wonder...
Hmm?
If you did that on purpose to try to see if I would freak out and run or...
Haha!
If you were trying to show off! =p
The first. If I were trying to show off, I would have pulled a lot more!
We shared a hearty laugh and finished off the bomb.
Later on, one of the creatures we were fighting was hiding a key!
Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate the coffer and I was far too sleepy to continue wandering around.
Zidea assured me we would find it next time and bade me a good nights sleep.

Plans for the present
New day, new trial. This time I had to hunt Drooling Daisy.
Getting to the area it liked to hang out in was a little complicated.
I had to navigate my way through the Crawler’s Nest without a map and eventually come out to Rollanberry Fields.
Once I arrived, I was able to team up with a few others who were on the same trial.
Drooling Daisy wasn’t the only notorious monster that liked to hide out in this secluded area of the fields.
As I was making a lap around the pond, I nearly ran smack into Simurgh!!
I stopped, pin wheeling my arms and reversing my direction. Luckily it did not see me.
Eventually a small group showed up to try and slay the beast. They were taking quite a beating. I knew it would be a while before Drooling Daisy re-appeared, so I sought to assist the group with a cure.
Boy did THAT tick the giant bird off. It came tromping after me!!
I hadn’t expected such a negative reaction and was not at all prepared for the pecking it visited upon me.
A white mage was kind enough to cast Raise III on me for my failed efforts.
After that, I stayed on the far side of the pond and waited.
Eventually, my fellow trial seekers had to depart.
I decided to curl up in the grass and catch a little cat nap until Drooling Daisy returned.
I’m not sure how much time passed, but I was awakened by someone tapping me gently on the side.
Bleary-eyed, I blinked a familiar face into focus as I sat up.
Oh!! Hi there! Nice to see you again.^^
The red mage crouched beside me while I reacquainted my self with awake-ness.
I nodded and smiled. The red mage straightened his legs and offered his hand to pull me up off the grass.
We spent the rest of the day slaying and then waiting on Drooling Daisy.
Our patience paid off and we finished the trial!^^
Again, we sat chatting before making our way back to Jeuno.
This time, of our past.
Then we made plans for the present.

Kiamo..?
Mmmhmm…
Are you okay?
Bleary-eyed, I blinked a familiar face into focus as I sat up.
Oh!! Hi there! Nice to see you again.^^
The red mage crouched beside me while I reacquainted my self with awake-ness.
You as well. Is something wrong..?
Oh no, no. I just… was passing the time waiting for the NM.
I see, so have you gotten a chance to try out that sword?
No not yet… I’ve only been working on the trial.
We will have to remedy that later.
I nodded and smiled. The red mage straightened his legs and offered his hand to pull me up off the grass.
We spent the rest of the day slaying and then waiting on Drooling Daisy.

Next is 400 birds. Would you like to join me for that one?
Oh yes! I would be honored!
Can you go to sky?
I sure can! ^^ Oh and I need a key for the map there, too.
Then that is where we will go. We can do a Fields of Valor Page and get you a key, too.
Okay! I’m excited!
And… I’ll teach you how to solo.

Side-sword 150
Kup-oh Kiamo! There is a new Moogle in Jeuno who is giving out brand new trials for adventurers!
I think I have enough trials to face as of late, Sarima
Listen Kiki! Rumor has it that these weapons can turn out pretty powerful!
That’s all well and good, Sarima, but there have been upsets lately. My linkshells are empty more often than not. Tell me, how in Altana’s name would I complete this trial all by my self? I couldn’t even rally three people to help fight Charybdis. They all have better things to do then come to my aid.
That’s what’s brilliant about it! Everyone is doing it! All you would have to do is ask to join at the hunting ground!
Really? No competition?
Kup-no! It’s a grand scheme for adventurers to band together in moggie sprint of togetherness and helpfulness kupo!!
And perhaps at the end of the trial, have a sword akin to the Joyeuse?
Go find out Kiki!!!
And so I did. I traveled to Jeuno and spoke to the moogle and received a Side-sword.
The first trial required me to slay a NM called Serpopard Ishtar three times.
After consulting my big book of all things Vana’diel, I learned that it liked to roam around in Tahrongi Canyon, so I cast Teleport-Mea.
As soon as I arrived in the canyon, I looked around for others doing the same trial. Altana smiled upon me, for there were a few people already there and they invited me to join them.
Each time one of us spotted the NM, we would draw swords and then wait for everyone to gather to slay it.
Together we finished trial 150! ^^
While the trial did take up much of the day, I was glad I didn’t have to do it alone.

Generous Gesture
After good-nights rest, I turned in the Side-sword for a Schiavona and was given the next trial: Hunt down Tottering Tobey and slay it three times.
I walked out to Batallia Downs and looked for others doing the same trial.
Alas, no one was, so I set to roaming the area with beast master as my support job. Hopefully even the tiny wide-scan would help me find the monster faster.
After a while, some adventurers on the same trial arrived and we teamed up.
Among them was a Red Mage. While we were waiting, the red mage and I got to chatting about the job.
In fact, even after the trial was complete, we sat atop one of the hills and discussed the art of red-magery.
This is… /blush my only job.
Nothing wrong with that! It’s my only job, too and I’ve been training a lot longer than you. Being red mage is nothing to be ashamed of.
Oh I’m not ashamed, but sometimes I feel like I ought to train something else up to be more of an asset… I get turned away often with the words, “We already have a red mage.”
That’s a shame.
Maybe I’m just not very good at it… I know my gear isn’t top notch. Just look at you, you’re so…
I waved my hand up and down him, as if casting a cure spell.
Fancy.
Haha! Don‘t feel bad. Like I said, I have been training a very long time. Let me have a look at you, what sword do you use when you aren’t doing the trial?
Ah… Crrrimson Blade.
Oh no no… For about 40k you can get a better one, here.
The red mage fished in his inner pockets and pulled out a knot of bills. Forty thousand gil to be exact, and tried to press it into my hand.
I stepped back, shaking my head and starting to flush.
I… Well thank you but I can not take that, sir.
Oh come, we are friends now.
I just met you… I’m sorry, no. Though I truly do appreciate your generous gesture.
All right then. I won’t force you to take my gil.
He chuckled, withdrew his hands and stuffed his gil back into his pocket. Then, tapping a gloved finger to his chin, he studied me a moment.
Feeling a bit awkward, I dropped my eyes to my shield. Absentmindedly I drew my thumb across its edge. Eventually noticing the little dings, dents and notches it had accrued since Shagrath helped me get it.
Kiamo?
Yes?
How about I give you this?
The red mage held out the other sword he had been using, Guespiere.
I raised my hands, then paused, touching a finger to my lips thinking on what to say and do. He seemed nice enough… He seemed to have no ulterior motive…
I have better swords and you need this more than I do.
I blushed and stretched out my hands to accept the gift. I had just met him and he was already being so kind.
Th… thanks. When I finish this trial, I will rrreturn this sword to you!
Haha don’t worry about it.
I will. I shall hunt you down and make you take it back! ^^
Heh, okay if you say so.
I could hardly believe it! I hadn’t met someone quiet like this in quite a long time.
Trial 151 complete, a new friend, and a new sword. It was a good day!^^

Walking on Water
Whitegate is one of those places I am not so fond of. People always seem to be screaming and shouting about silly things. Like how “leet” they are or putting others down for no reason.
That is what I kept seeing as I thought on what to do that day. Then someone shouted for help with Those Who Lurk in Shadows (III). I ran over to them and offered my services. We teamed up and the fellow asked if I had any friends who would help. I sadly shook my head no. My friends tended to be otherwise occupied most of the time. I hadn’t even seen at least 3 of them in a month or more. It was then that I got the bright idea to ask one of the guys speaking highly of himself to help us.
Against my better judgment I shouted: Hey show us how great you are by helping with this battle! =^_^=
The fellow I had joined up with chuckled.
Okay get ready here come the flames I bet…
Haha yup!
But nobody did, the crowd laughed as well. That was good at least. I went over to the man, an adventurer by the name of Draylo.
Hi there.
Hello.
I was serious, you know. Hehe.
Oh? What mission was it again?
Those Who Lurk in Shadows III.
He grinned and nodded.
Okay I’ll help.
Oh wonderful!!
I clasped my hands together, and with a tail flipping twirl, raced back to the party leader. Draylo followed me.
Lookie who I got to join us!
No kidding!
I was also able to get Domone to help us and the group set off.
Unfortunately I don’t remember details of the battle… but I do have this:
So, Draylo, since you’re in a helping mood today, care to maybe help me figure out what Tenzen has been up to as of late?
Haha sure why not.
Domone was also able to stay and assist, and Draylo came through with a few of his friends and I managed to convince Ruthaal to come and help as well. We gathered together at Tavnazian Safehold. I had heard a tip about Tenzen and the armada.
I was expecting a really epic battle, but the guys quickly brought Tenzen to his senses.
Again, I forgot to capture images of the fight, but I do have these before and after pictures xD hehe.
Draylo and his friends needed to head out. I thanked them for their kind assistance. Ruthaal had other plans as well.
Domone waited for me in sea.
Finally… Sea. I had hoped to share this day with Shagrath, but alas it was not to be. If he had even the slightest desire to visit this place when he returned, I would stop at nothing to help him.
Domone warned me about the creatures that populated this area. Some he referred to as “sharks”. These waited below the surface and attacked if you walked to near to them.
Others he referred to as “UFO’s”. These hovered high above and if you walked underneath them, they would hover down and visit pain upon you.
There were other creatures floating about as well, but these were not aggressive.
I began inspecting the lavender colored creatures.
Domone, this kind of reminds me of your avatar, Garuda. Only… No face. How peculiar.
Actually, they do have a face. Look close in the long neck part.
I did and he wasn’t kidding. There was what appeared to be a tiny face there.
Other creatures swam through the air in groups of three. A larger one, followed by some smaller ones that all looked alike.
The prettiest were the creatures that resembled big orange fish. They had flowing fins that billowed behind them. These were curious. Some were above the surface of the water, and some below. If you wandered near to them, they would begin to follow you, but not attack. In fact, I learned that you could cast magic on them, as long as it didn’t do any damage, and they would just sit there and look at you and do nothing else!
The only problem with that was, if you had an avatar out and came across these big fish, the avatar would think it was attacking and not simply following, and attack it!
Therefore, Domone did not summon while he showed me around.
Somehow, we were able to walk on top of the water. I suppose it wasn’t really water at all. The experience was amazing none the less.
Beneath our feet were prismatic trees, seemingly frozen in time and splashed with pastel hues of lavender and topaz. They grew up out of the water and were sometimes nestled with small bushes of similar shades.
It was quite a sight to behold!
Domone took me around to speak with the many Quasilumin that populated Al’Taieu.
When we were finished, I had a map the area! ^^

Mark of Seed
I had dried a rose that was given to me for Valentione’s day by Domone.
Struck with inspiration, I decided to grind up the petals and infuse some olive oil with them. I also mixed some crushed petals with rock salt.
Both concoctions sat for several days, and the end result was some lovely scented oil and bath salts!
I added both to the hot water of my mog house fountain and slipped in.
I needed the relaxation aid after all the traipsing around Vana’diel I had done.
Most of it alone, though Domone did find the time to aid me in battle versus some mean monsters.
All to uncover more information about accessing Al’Taieu.
And now Tenzen was nowhere to be found.
I wrung out the fat sponge over my head. The sweet smelling water trickled over my face and neck. Returning from whence it came via my chest.
Laying the sponge aside, I submerged myself completely.
There is something oddly quiet about being underwater even though sounds also seem amplified. The water swished and slapped up against the brick of the fountain. New water flowed in and splashed against my abdomen.
I shimmied out from under the fresh flow as I emerged for breath. My hair veiled my eyes. I wiped it aside and tucked the wet tendrils behind my ears as best I could, then sank back against the brick, propping my head up with the sponge.
I watched my tail float up between my outstretched legs and wriggled my toes, causing the droplets to dance and twitch on the surface.
With each deep inhalation, I floated up just a bit and sunk with the exhale.
Then I focused on something on the back of my hand. A glowing outline in the shape of a seed. No matter how long I rested here, it would not be washed away.
I knew that soon, I would have to gather some comrades and venture to Qu’Bia Arena.
Bahamut wasn’t the only thing threatening the inhabitants of Vana’diel.

Tablet of Loyalty
I rubbed sleep from my eyes and shuffled over to my mog house fountain.
Kupo, Kiki the mog tablets have been scattered!
That’s nice Sarrrima.
I was a little tired from the previous evening’s Field’s of Valor training in the Valley of Sorrows. The cold water felt so nice on my face.
Why not kup-go and look for one.
Sighing, I sat on the edge of the fountain and looked up at Sarima.
I don’t know… I don’t think I’ll ever find one.
And why is that?
Because, that day Shagrath found one… Remember? I didn’t follow him. I struck out on my own because I was upset about his brother’s girlfriend laying claim to Roc drops. It was, as she so kindly explained, “The last thing I need for MY White Mage”.
Kup-oh… Yes. And you were going for the staff for your White Mage to better assist your group that was exploring Chains of Promathia.
I nodded, solemn.
And Sha-chan and I were the ones who had found the thing. You know what else? Wolf said I didn’t know any others who could take it down so I should just let her have her way. That without them I had no chance at the staff anyway. He even told me not to show up to fight it the next day… I was so HURT! Friends shouldn’t treat you like that, right? Why… do they keep doing that. Why… isn’t anybody loyal?
I didn’t want to be around any of them. That’s when Shagrath found the tablet. He always said he would have given it to me. But I was far away and didn’t want to meet him to claim it.
Kiki… That doesn’t mean you’ll never find one.
If I had just… Not let my anger guide me that day…
Are you still angry about it?
Well… No, I suppose not.
Then kup-GO.
With that, Sarima shoved my Warlock’s attire into my arms and stared at me, her pom-pom bobbing ever so slightly as she attempted to give me a stern look.
I sighed and dressed myself, wondering where to even look.
A few tablets had already been found, so I knew there would be quite a bit of competition.
Something seemed to be calling me back to where Sha-chan had found his, so I cast Teleport-Mea.
When I arrived, I heard that a tablet had been found in the Valley of Sorrows. Unperturbed, I rented a Chocobo from Pucotte with the intention to ride to Meriphataud Mountains. I had barely gone a few paces when I saw something sparkling on the ground. I peered down, squinting. No way… NO WAY!
A mog tablet!!
I looked around and hurriedly leapt off my mount.
I didn’t see anyone nearby, but you never know who could run up on you so close to the crag.
My heart was pounding as I sank to my knees…
Reached out my hand…
You’ve discovered one of the long-lost mog tablets!
You should share the news of your discovery with the Explorer Moogle in Ru’Lude Gardens.
Then the message went out, “A mog tablet has been discovered in Tahrongi Canyon.”
I nearly fainted with excitement! My eyes were wet, when had I started crying?
What luck! Perhaps this was some little karmic aid from Sha-chan. Sending me well wishes on my adventuring while he was deep in meditation. I just wanted to hug him tight and tell him of this good fortune. Of course I could not...
Instead, I decided to share the news with my linkshell.
OH MY GODDESS! I FOUND A MOG TABLET!!!
A wha?
In the Valley of Sorrows?
Grats.
Ahhh my heart is pounding!!
Yay Kiamo Ko good job.
Wow!
What is that?
No here… in the canyon.
We then explained to Solinthia what finding a mog tablet meant.
I took my time and walked to Jeuno. Yes, walked. I needed to calm down anyway and a walk is always good for that. Hehe.
When I arrived, and collected the Kupofried’s ring, I couldn’t help but feel reassured. This ring would help me train all the support jobs I needed for Red Mage.
Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad after all, when the time came for all of us to be able to surpass seventy five.

At What Cost
Now that we had discovered the fifth verse of “Memoria de la S’tona", we had to venture beyond the clouds and face Bahamut.
Cid had constructed a ship that could fly that high.
Now it was just a matter of gathering the troops, so to speak.
Myst’s words echoed through my mind. I had been studying my big book of all things Vana’diel and had begun to wonder the same thing.
I didn’t want Myst to have to worry, so I sought the aid of my linkshell members.
Luckily they, along with big brother Wolf, agreed to assist me.
The battle consisted of three waves. The first was mammets. The second and third were biotechnological weapons, Omega and Ultima.
Those things had some really dirty tricks!
Auto-regen, stun, paralyze, increased attack speed once enough damage was done to it. And that’s only the beginning!!!
For me, the battles were a blur of haste, refresh and backing up Edwyth on cures.
We had a few close calls with knock-outs but were able to regroup and WIN!
Afterwards, I was deposited in Lufaise Meadows.
I sat there a while, remembering my first time in the meadows with Shagrath.
Remembering the first time the original group gathered there… Relaxing and chatting.
Remembering the words of Ulmia and Jabbos before the battle.
Did Shagrath seek to break the chains from himself at this very moment? Could he perform such an act on his own. Did he even poses such power?
Perhaps if I changed the world, Shagrath would return sooner. Some days the ache of missing him was too much to bear.
I had to gain entry to Al’Taieu. I had to do what I could to break these chains for all mankind… But at what cost?

I’m not sure how to handle the next battle with two Red Mages, but we’ll figure something out.

Why does believing hurt so… ?
Even when…two hearts…are connected…there are times…when pain…can’t be avoided…
When the world…is overwhelmed with…sadness… The only way…to escape the pain…is to…change the world…
For the past ten thousand years, Vana'diel has grown and evolved to become what it is today--a world bound by the chains of an evil deity.

My First Time: Nyzul Isle
I overheard chatter of “Nyzul Isle” in my linkshell. This, along with any assaults really, was something I was very curious to try.
I asked if I could join. They happened to be short a sixth person, so they permit me to tag along.
They planned to do “floor 60”.
With Nyzul Isle, there are 100 floors. You climb them in groups of 5. Floors 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 have a small chance of yielding gear.
We began with floor 56, which turned out to be “lamps”.
Apparently there are different variations of “lamps”. For ours, we had to find all lamps and activate them at the same time. We did this fairly easily, and progressed to floor 57.
Where we had to battle a Psycheflayer!!!
It looked like some experiment gone awry. Head like that of an octopus and body of… Well it brought to mind the fleshy undead creatures. It was bulky with arms and possibly legs that were concealed by a robe.
The creature began to cast Aspir as I sought to set a paralyze upon it.
Edwyth gave us a bartunder enchantment.
Confidant seeing that the creature was paralyzed, I continued with my enfeebling efforts and silenced and slowed it as well! ^^
However, that dirty Psycheflayer had more tricks up its sleeve.
It managed to paralyze Iphi, which Ed took care of, but THEN it cursed and paralyzed everyone but me!
We managed to defeat the monster, completing the objective.
On floor 58, we had to avoid “gears” while hunting down our prey.
I wondered how a gear could wander loose.
Everyone was setting sneak and invisible enchantments on themselves and setting off to hunt. I followed suit.
When I caught up to my comrades, I saw a little frog… Casting a mighty spell! Thundaga III!!
I held my breath and cast silence on the Poroggo Gent and saw Koukennin using his dragoon ability Super Jump. That made me crack a smile.
The Poroggo Gent is silenced.
Woohoo!
Though my mental celebration was cut short when the thing used Water Bomb. -_-
I tried to cure Opi but my efforts were not enough and he was knocked out.
Dang frog! For something so small, it sure can pack a punch!
Hoping to stave off another water bomb, I set paralyze on the Poroggo Gent.
Of course silence would wear off of it at just that moment… Of course it chose to cast sleepga! But… paralyze came through and it couldn’t get the spell off! Yay!
I set to healing the group while Ed raised up Opi.
Iphi dealt the killing blow, but that didn’t complete our objective.
Another frog was out there…
As we were searching for it, I learned what the gears were. Fortunately they succumb to sleep spells.
The next Poroggo Gent battle was a little more “crazy” since I was trying to enfeeble it while sleeping the gear things and toss cures. Woo! Talk about something to get the blood pumping!
This frog was a bit meaner. It set gravity on all of us and had blaze spikes up! >_<
Which I promptly dispelled. Edwyth took care of gravity.
With the defeat of that frog, we cleared the objective and moved on to floor 59.
Kill All was the combat cry for this floor.
We battled through many monsters: Death Cap, Energetic Eruca, Pucktraps…
And moved on to the goal: Floor 60!
I took a deep breath, not sure what we would face, excited none the less.
While I set buffs on myself, Kou, Iphi and Opi drank down potions called “Body Boost” then slew the Archaic Rampart.
In the distance I saw what we would face. Hydra.
It had THREE HEADS!
My eyes went wide and I drew in a sharp breath and held it…
Om shanti shanti shanti. Focus! A panicked Red Mage is a useless one!!
Three jaws to deliver nasty bites to my comrades! Not to mention whatever other special abilities it was capable of!
I found out soon enough. It used Polar Blast and paralyzed Kou, Iphi and Opi.
Ed and I cured them, and I used some black magic as well to try and whittle down the Hydra’s health. My mana was tapped out faster then I had expected, which I realized while trying to cast Aero III… xD
However, in the end the Hydra was defeated!!
Unfortunately, the only prize it held for us was a Werebuster.
I was just excited to finally get to do Nyzul Isle with my friends! =^_^=

My First Time: Sky
I heard some chatter from my linkshell about something in sky.
Now that I had access, I was eager to see what this place was all about!
Hey guys.
Hi Kia.
Sup Kia.
Hey Kia.
What’s going on?
We’re trying to get a pop item for Ed.
Do you need help?
Sure… You have sky now?
I certainly do!
Ok, come on up.
When I entered the gardens, I could see why everyone referred to this place as “sky”.
It was, quite literally, a floating set of islands in the sky. No matter which way I turned, I was met with wispy clouds and a wash of pale blue.
The area I was standing on looked to be of the same material as the crags. Of course it was… It’s all connected, isn’t it?
I took a teleport-pad and was met by lush bushes and trees that decorated the entire area. As I explored further, I found pools of water and waterfalls. Some of which simply cascaded into nowhere.
I had to pause in my exploration to go inside and meet my friends.
The interior of “sky” is in sharp contrast to outside.
It felt more like a tomb to me and gave me the creeps.
We had to pull Detector’s and fight the Caretaker’s that those summoned.
I assisted as best I could, taking turns sleeping… and then running away!
We never got whatever Ed was looking for, but I had fun anyway.
I was also fortunate enough to get a key!
The key unlocked a chest inside Ve’Lugannon Palace which would get me a map of the area.
I returned later and did hunt for the chest.
What a harrowing feat! There were monsters that were aggressive to sound that I had to sneak past. For added difficulty, I could not cast! Everything is aggressive to magic.
I was able to locate the chest and obtain the map, though! =^_^=
